is situated 45 minutes from Glasgow and Stirling and
80 minutes from Edinburgh so is ideally suited as a
base camp for travel around central Scotland.
Fishing, Windsurfing, Water ski-ing, canoeing and all
water sports can be enjoyed on the Loch. Moorings at
the jetty at Rowardennan can be arranged for a weekly
fee. Small boats may be hired at McFarlane’s Boatyard
at Balmaha where you can also arrange a visit to the
islands of Loch Lomond on the Royal Mail boat. |
